  • What comes in the Launch Box?
    Our limited Launch Box includes 9 curated Trader Joe’s items, chosen for flavor, fun, and variety. Items may change each drop depending on availability.

  • Where are Aloha Crates packaged?
    All Aloha Crates are assembled in a licensed commercial kitchen facility in Orange County, California. Our operation holds a valid health permit and follows local food safety regulations. All snacks remain in their original sealed manufacturer packaging to ensure quality and safety.

  • Are the snacks authentic Trader Joe’s products?
    Yes! All snacks included in Aloha Crate are genuine Trader Joe’s products purchased directly from Trader Joe’s stores on the mainland. All items remain in their original sealed packaging.

  • Do you ship to anywhere in Hawai‘i?
    Yes! We ship to the following Hawaiian islands: O‘ahu, Maui, Kaua‘i, Big Island, and Molokai.

  • Do you ship to the mainland?
    Yes! Although Aloha Crate is designed for Hawai‘i residents who want mainland snacks, we also offer shipping to the mainland for anyone who wants the experience.

  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping rates vary based on your location and box weight. Most Hawai‘i shipments are around $19–$25 depending on USPS rates. Shopify calculates everything automatically at checkout.

  • When will my box ship?
    Launch Boxes ship within 1–3 business days of ordering. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your box is on the way.

  • Can I track my order?
    Absolutely! Every order includes a USPS tracking number so you can follow your crate from our door to yours.

  • What happens if chocolate melts during shipping?
    Some chocolate products may soften or melt during shipping, especially in warmer climates. This does not affect the safety or quality of the product, and most items will return to normal once cooled.

  • Are the items always the same?
    No, each drop is curated and may include different snacks depending on availability and season. This makes every box feel like a surprise experience.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Because our products are consumables, all sales are final.
    However, if your box arrives damaged or something is missing, email us at alohacrate25@alohacrate.shop and we’ll take care of you.

  • Can I buy Aloha Crate as a gift?
