Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Free shipping — occasional promotional shipping offers may apply

• Standard (3–4 business days) — rates displayed at checkout

We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii. International shipping may be added in the future.

Shipping from the Mainland
Mainland-to-Hawaii orders may take slightly longer depending on carrier transit times and weather conditions. We work hard to ensure your crate arrives safely and on time.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays
Aloha Crate is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at alohacrate25@alohacrate.shop and we’ll do our best to help.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an address error causes your package to be returned, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
